SHIPPING
All of our jewelry is gift wrapped in our signature silver, light grey and sand silk packaging.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is complimentary and is through the FEDEX jewelry program with enhanced insurance levels – it is required that the person named on the shipping label must sign for it.
If the piece is in Los Angeles, we ship within 2 business days. Some of our Estate and High Jewels may be on display at another venue in the US or in Europe – should this be the case, we will inform you immediately – this generally means that you will receive the piece within 14 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOM AND BESPOKE PIECES
Custom and bespoke pieces are hand crafted at our workshop in Jaipur and we are currently estimating a 60 day lead time after a signed work order. Please email us at customercare@jaipuratelier.com for full details.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us and so we accept returns with the following stipulations:
Please inform us via email within 3 days from receipt of the piece if you wish to return it. At that time we will send you a prepaid FEDEX label in which the piece must be returned. The cost of the FEDEX will be deducted from your refund unless you choose another piece or a store credit in which case the return will be complimentary. Any piece that has been altered, resized or had the security tags removed will not be accepted for return.
Please note Bespoke and Custom Orders are not returnable.
Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds refund to complete.

Ordering on JaipurAtelier.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the piece that you would like to purchase, please click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.
